Statement of Work Scope of work: Vendor must be able to accept online and phone orders. Provide fresh products including but not limited to, produce, meats, maple syrup, milk, eggs. Vendor will be the back up to our prime vendor when the prime vendor is out of items or unable to produce products. The vendors finance team will maintain open communication with the COR and department Secretary/Budget Technician to ensure prompt payments. Period of Performance: Base year: 10/1/2020-9/30/2021 Option Year 1: 10/1/2021-9/30/2022 Option Year 2: 10/1/2022-9/30/2023 Option Year 3: 10/1/2023-9/30/2024 Option Year 4: 10/1/2024-9/30/2025 Deliverables Schedule: Any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday, excluding vendor closing due to federal holidays or extenuating circumstances. Deliveries to be accepted by Nutrition and Food Service staff at the loading dock behind Birches Building (Building 1) Veterans Drive, White River Junction, Vermont. Applicable Standards/Criteria: Produce will come fresh: unwilted, minimal bruises. Milk and Meat and other refrigerated or frozen items will come at HACCP approved temperatures.
