This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 3 months with Westat, 1600 Research Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20850 to obtain CSP #566 Study Participant Data Update Services for the VA Boston Healthcare System. Due to the requirement for an Authorization to Operate (ATO) certificate, Westat affiliate is the only vendor that holds the required certification. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO). A Sources Sought Notice published to FBO on 7/2/2021 under #36C241-21-AP-1738, returned no results other than from the incumbent, Westat. The applicable NAICS code is 541720 with a $22MIL size standard. The PSC is AF12. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
