The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a 12 month base and (4) annual option years with Trustees of Boston University, Boston MA 02118 to obtain Manuscript support and Statistical Analyses for the VA Boston Healthcare System. Due to the affiliate relationship with VA Boston as well as their specialized expertise in this area, Trustees of Boston University is the only vendor that can provide the Manuscript support and data statistical analyses for specific clinical research services. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO). The applicable NAICS code is 611310 with a $30 MIL size standard. The PSC is B529. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
