This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 12 months with Omnicell Inc., 1201 Charleston Road, Mountain View, CA., 94043 obtain service support for Omnicell Pharmacy System for the Northampton VAMC. Due to the affiliate relationship with Northampton VAMC and the proprietary nature of the equipment involved, Omnicell Inc., is the only vendor that can provide service support for this requirement. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO). The applicable NAICS code is 339112 with a 1000 employees size standard. The PSC is J065. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
