The Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking SOCIO-ECONOMIC GROUPS that maybe able to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs leasing a minimum of 5358 RSF of clinical space for a Vet Center in the city of Hyannis / Cope Cod, MA. Space shall be available for use by Tenant (VA) for personnel, furnishings, and equipment to meet the needs for a Veterans Outreach Center. Space design will provide maximum co-location of the staff providing services to our patients. The space shall be office space in a professional and aesthetically pleasing Building. If you are able to provide the requested space and are a certified SOCIO-ECONOMIC GROUP: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Program, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Program, 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program, Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program, and/or Small and Disadvantaged Business Program.
