Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in pages 34-49 of this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 / 08-31-2020. This acquisition is solicited unrestricted for brand name products. VISN 1 VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Qiagen Virology & Molecular Reagents and Supplies that will work with current equipment in place. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is unrestrictive and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes.
