This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24120Q0593. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in pages 28-33 of this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 / 08-31-2020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333314, Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 500 employees, apply to this procurement. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. VISN 1 VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for Insight CMOS Cameras and SPOT 5.6 Software that will work with current system in place, and Windows 10. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of award.
