STATEMENT OF WORK PROJECT OVERVIEW Following is a preliminary scope of work for advertising and related services to be provided for the VA New England Healthcare System Outreach Service GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Advertising and Marketing Campaign Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide the resources and services necessary to complete: Public Service announcements in prime VA hospital markets for local newspapers (print & digital) in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Connecticut. B. SPECIFIC MANDATORY TASKS AND ASSOCIATED DELIVERABLES Description of Tasks and Associated Deliverables: The contractor shall provide the specific deliverables described below. Deliverable 1: Execution - The contractor shall execute the advertising services as described in this SOW. Deliverable 2: Completion - The contractor shall provide all resources and services necessary for the delivery of packages to the expectations of the Outreach staff within the performance period listed above. The contractor shall provide: Two responsive, ad blocker friendly features per month, which can include: articles, interactive, infographics, videos and other high-engagement content. Two display ads surround your content and drive visitors to your site. Targeted Digital Display Advertisements in various digital local newspapers (online): The Bulletin: Norwich, CT York County Coast Star: Kennebunk, ME York Weekly: York, ME Cape Cod Times Patriot Ledger: Quincy, MA Eagle-Independent: Chelmsford, MA The Mariner: Multiple towns, MA Old Colony Memorial: Plymouth, MA The Bulletin Worcester News Exeter Newsletter: Exeter, NH Hampton Union: Hampton, NH Seacoast Sunday: Portsmouth, NH Newport Daily News: Newport, RI Providence Journal: Providence, RI The Burlington Free Press: Burlington, VT Eight full page color advertisements in two of the printed daily local newspapers DELIVERABLE DATE GOVT ESTIMATE 1 Execution September 1, 2020 2 Completion August 31, 2021 $99,996.00 C. SCHEDULE OF DELIVERABLES The contractor s performance period dates will serve as the schedule of delivery for the deliverables specified. D. GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Government shall provide information to help develop designated topics and shall make available appropriate VA contacts as required by the work plan. The government shall complete, and release required reviews and approvals in a timely manner and in accordance with the work plan.
