If contract gets awarded to a well-established company it is requested this contract be a base year plus 4 years. Not getting this created will have a negative impact on patient care. Background The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase assist lift recliners for the palliative care ward of the CLC. There are no current contracts for assist lift recliners. Fiscal requests that billing from the vendor be invoiced in two separate charges one for the product and one for any shipping charges that incur. Scope Need contract to be created for FY 20 billing period October 1 2019 to September 30 2020.
