This is a pre solicitation notice for commercial supplies. The Manchester VA Medical Center (VAMC) is a medical facility for United States military veterans located in Manchester, New Hampshire. Manchester VAMC It is part of the VA New England Healthcare System and operates under the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide healthcare to veterans who are residents of the state of New Hampshire. The VAMC includes four Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located in Conway, NH, Portsmouth, NH, Somersworth, NH and Tilton, NH as well and administrative suites in Manchester, NH. The Manchester VAMC also supports a Vet Centers located in in Hooksett, NH. The timely and accurate deployment of medical grade gasses is vital to maintain quality healthcare and ensures that the facilities and clinics are able to provide daily operational care and critical care when needed without delay. The full solicitation will be posted on SAM.GOV https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 06/08/2020. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). The applicable NAICS code will be 325120 with an applicable small business size standard of 1000. GENERAL: The contractor shall provide Medical Gases oxygen tanks to all NH VA locations. The VA intends to award a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement for the provision of medical grade oxygen and tanks. This will be year five (5) year Blank Purchase Agreement. Quantities are estimated quantities and deliveries will occur as needed on a weekly basis. The estimated award date is 06/19/2020.
