This is not a Solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a 12-month base and (4) annual option years IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(B)(1)(i), soliciting from limited sources to satisfy agency requirements., as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The contract will be awarded to Diasorin Molecular LLC, IAW FAR 6.302-1, Market research was previously conducted, and it has been determined that Diasorin Molecular LLC is the sole source that can meet the Government s requirements for Reagents and Consumables for Herpes and Cytomegalovirus PCR Testing. The intent is to contract for Base year of March 1, 2020 through February 28,2021 with four option years. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services within fifteen (15) days or by January 25, 2020 at 4:00p.m. Responses should be sent to Thomas.
