There will not be a solicitation issued at this time. Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 1 is conducting market research for the 1) the replacement, removal, and disposal of existing NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved Advanced Meal Delivery Equipment at four sites: Providence VAMC, Bedford VAMC, Central Western Massachusetts VAMC, and Brockton VAMC, 2) site visit coordination with the COR at each site prior to submission of quotes, and 3) On-site training for VA Medical Center Food and Nutrition staff and Facilities Personnel staff. The intent is to award a firm fixed-price BPA that will be funded for each individual delivery order when the request is submitted by the service. The applicable NAICS code is 333318, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1000 employees. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine the vendors that can meet the requirement. Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; (2) documentation relating to capability of providing the listed items; (3) documentation on company s capability to provide contractor support at the all locations (4) documentation if contractor cannot provide onsite support but rather remote support; and (5) any other pertinent company documentation. The response date to this Sources Sought notice is August 15, 2019 at 12:00 pm. This market research is for informational and planning purposes only to determine the vendors that can meet the requirement. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted.
