Sources Sought Notice (RFI) # 36C24119Q0335) (VA Connecticut Healthcare System) This is a sources sought request for information with regards to the following Statement of Work: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement of r potable water delivery and rental of water coolers for the Newington Campus located at 555 Willard Avenue, Newington, CT 06111. The need is for: Delivery of water: Estimated Quantity: 455 five-gallon containers per month Rental of Hot/cold water dispenser cooler Quantity: 110 Delivery of paper cups: Estimated Quantity: 20 cases (500 ct / case) per month Details There is storage for empties and restocking; there is a loading dock without a plate or lift; and there is racking; There are outlets for all the required coolers; The previous contract holder delivered on Tuesday and Thursday and would bring 50-80 five-gallon bottles each time. Base Year Period of Performance: August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020 The VA is expected to submit a separate solicitation (Request for Quote) through FBO.gov for a firm fixed-price contract for a base year and four option year periods. This information will be used for solicitation planning purposes only. No quotes are being requested or accepted at this time.
