MO#... This is a sources sought for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) for refrigerators. The Manufacturer is Parameter Generation and Control with model#: The 30CUFT. MO# is7304-H140-6V040000 The 40CUFT. MO# is 7404-H110-1CD4000 The 60CUFT. MO# is 7607-H110-1CD4000 Vendor shall provide basic cleaning, lubrication adjustment confirmation of operation, general confirmation of no excessive wear and tear, periodic maintenance, calibration, replacement of 6-HygroClip 2-S Exchange Standard Calibrated, and exchange sensors on six humidity-controlled refrigerators which are used to store Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) for the Medical Center. The vendor shall be certified in the maintenance and repair of calibrated refrigerator equipment. Emergent repairs may occur and will require work to be done off hours and on weekends. Periodic maintenance is to be performed on each refrigerator semi-annually, replacement of the HygroClip 2-S Exchange Standard Calibrated exchange sensors shall be done annually.
