This announcement is to seek qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms and/or Veteran Owned Small Business Firms interested is submitting potential Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Primary Care Physician candidates under the North American Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561320, Temporary Help Services. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition planning decisions. VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System (CWMHCS) has a requirement to obtain two (2) Full Time Equivalent Employees (FTEE) to provide Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Primary Care Physician services. The place of performance shall be one of two Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCS) located at: Pittsfield CBOC -73 Eagle St, Pittsfield, MA 01201 or Greenfield CBOC - 143 Munson St., Greenfield, MA 01301. The primary tour of duty will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, excluding federal holidays Note: Contractor will be paid for actual hours worked only. Potential Sources who are interested and capable of providing the above services must demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the required services and the capability to provide such services.
