VHA’s Non-Expendable Equipment National Program has identified the Microscope: Spine product line for a VA-wide single Requirements contract. The microscope must provide a stable, maneuverable platform with motorized zoom/focus, long working-distance lenses, high-intensity illumination, hybrid optical/digital viewing, and integrated 4K-or-higher imaging for documentation, teaching, and collaboration. Systems should include fluorescence visualization options, navigation overlays, assistant viewing optics, surgical navigation compatibility, mobile counterbalanced mounting, OR-ready HDMI/SDI connectivity, DICOM/PACS export, and wireless data support depending on configuration. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements and provide the equipment to VA medical centers and facilities in CONUS and OCONUS. The period of performance is a 12-month base with four 12-month option periods.
