The VA’s Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection is conducting unrestricted market research to identify capable vendors for professional transcription of approximately 1,400 recorded investigative interviews annually. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and systems to securely transcribe VA-furnished audio/video recordings, accessing only assigned files, with services performed virtually on a mutually agreed VA-approved platform. Completed transcript packages must generally be delivered within one business day after assignment and be accurate, secure, and professionally formatted for official Government case files. Interested vendors should submit a capability statement PDF of no more than five pages covering company information, ability to meet the PWS requirements, at least two similar contracts within the past five years, and organizational capacity or subcontracting plans if applicable.
