The action is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business sole-source procurement under FAR 6.103-5 and VAAR 819.7008, using NAICS 339112 and PSC 6540. The requirement covers multiple ophthalmic instruments and supplies needed to create complete eye examination lanes, including lenses, trial frames, vision/color/stereo tests, retinoscope and ophthalmoscope heads, tonopen, autorefractor, prism bars, and laser lenses, modeled after multiple name brands and required to meet listed salient characteristics.
