The VA Enterprise Procurement Office is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified sources capable of supplying brand-name-or-equal Fujifilm Sonosite portable ultrasonic scanning systems for the VHA Non-Expendable Equipment National Program on an agency-wide basis. The VA contemplates awarding a single Requirements Contract with firm-fixed-price orders, with delivery of complete ultrasonic scanning systems, accessories, warranties, training, and service/support to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States. The requirement includes portable point-of-care ultrasound systems, various transducers, systems such as PX/LX/ST, warranty and service plans, operator training, and compliance with specified salient characteristics such as image resolution, Doppler modes, probe frequency ranges, FDA approval, and EHR interfacing. Respondents must be registered in SAM with NAICS 334510, SDVOSB/VOSB respondents must be verified in the SBA database, and responses should provide company/UEI/business-size/manufacturer or authorized-distributor information, country of origin, national uninterrupted supply capability, technical literature, service plan details, pricing with shipping and quantity discounts, subcontracting/contract-vehicle information, and any comments on restrictive specifications.
