6515--NX EQ Physiologic Motility Analyzers (EndoFLIP)
The VA seeks a single-award, brand-name-only Requirements contract for Medtronic EndoFLIP 300 systems, related accessories, catheters, service plans, and training for VHA clinicians throughout the United States and its territories. The contract will have a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods, with firm-fixed-price orders placed against it and delivery FOB destination to VA Medical Centers nationwide. Only Medtronic products will be considered, and offerors must propose all CLINs listed in the attached price/cost schedule.
