6515--NX EQ Hemodynamic Monitor
The Veterans Health Administration intends to award a single firm-fixed-price requirements contract for brand name or equal Becton Dickinson HemoSphere Alta bedside cardiac output monitors and accessories, to be used by clinicians at VA medical centers nationwide. The contract will have a 12-month base ordering period plus four 12-month option years, with delivery on a FOB destination basis. Offerors must quote all contract line items and meet salient characteristics including continuous beat-to-beat cardiac output and stroke volume monitoring, integrated parameter display, EMR interfacing, and FDA approval for adult critical care. Only new equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty is acceptable, and distributors must be OEM-authorized. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM and must submit required technical and pricing documentation, including completed salient characteristics charts and past performance references.
