This opportunity is for a Time-and-Materials contract to provide nationwide rideshare coordination and transportation services for Veterans in VHA Homeless Programs, covering the 50 states, D.C., and U.S. outlying areas. The contractor will manage ride scheduling, 24/7 support, and payment via a secure platform, with a base performance period of 12 months and a possible 6-month extension. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Evaluation will be based on best value, with technical capability and past performance significantly more important than price. The services include last-minute ride accommodations, monthly invoicing, and trip-level reporting.
