This is an amendment to a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested under RFP 36C10X26R0001. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation incorporates all VA Class Deviations. implementing the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) that are effective as of the solicitation issue date identified in Block 6 above. All other clauses use FAR FAC Number 2025-26, effective 10-01-2025. The NAICS Code is 541110 Office of Lawyers; Product Service Code R418 Legal Services.
