This is a Sources Sought Notice only, not a solicitation, seeking market research on qualified sources for the VHA Non-Expendable Equipment National Program requirement for dental light operating microscopes. The VA EPO and VHA are contemplating a single Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Contract for ZEISS OPMI PROergo dental operating microscopes and a broad list of associated Carl Zeiss accessories on an agency-wide basis. Delivery would be to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States, with respondents expected to demonstrate nationwide uninterrupted supply capability. The equipment must meet minimum technical requirements including at least 2.5×–16× motorized magnification, coaxial illumination exceeding 90,000 lux, integrated high-fidelity optics, ergonomic design, and optional imaging. Respondents must provide company and UEI details, socioeconomic status, manufacturer or authorized distributor evidence, country of origin, technical literature, pricing with flat-rate shipping and possible quantity discounts, service plan information, subcontracting/contract vehicle details, and any constraints affecting nationwide support.
