The VHA is seeking qualified sources for a national single Requirements Contract to supply brand-name Cardiopulmonary Diagnostic Systems (Jaeger Vyntus and MGC Ultima series) to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States and its territories. The contract would be Firm-Fixed Price with orders placed under FAR 16.503. The anticipated period of performance is one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods, with continuation based on successful performance and continued need. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov with the appropriate NAICS code (334510) and meet the associated size standard; SDVOSB/VOSB offerors must also be verified in the SBA database.
