The VA intends to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement for FAC-C-Digital Services/DITAP training supporting the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy. The BPA will be solicited and negotiated with authorized vendors identified by the Federal Acquisition Institute. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, transportation, and incidentals to develop and deliver instructor-guided education in FAC-C-Digital Services/DITAP. The curriculum must be validated by OFPP and the U.S. Digital Service and should enhance the skills of a diverse acquisition workforce. This is a Notice of Intent and not a request for competitive quotes.
