Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center requires medical terminology and coding training for its employees and supervisors who process medical claims. The training must provide a fundamental understanding of terminology and codes, apply to those with little to no experience, and promote knowledge retention through innovative learning strategies. It must be inclusive per session and provide program materials and a completion certificate for each attendee.
