6515--Duodenoscope Image Controller FAR 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate with only one source, Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, for the procurement of specific Boston Scientific duodenoscope controllers, as they are the sole authorized nationwide distributor. The acquisition is justified because no other source can provide a device that meets the required OEM interoperability with the VA's existing platform. Delivery will be FOB Destination to locations and on dates specified in future individual orders.
