This is a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified manufacturers capable of producing the specific Evoqua Water Technologies EON® Portable RO Water Purification System and its associated parts and services for a potential VA-wide requirements contract. The period of performance is anticipated as a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Services will involve delivering these portable hemodialysis water purification systems to VA medical centers and facilities throughout the United States. The government is seeking a source that can meet all specified technical requirements and provide related maintenance, warranty, and training services.
