The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a manufacturer to supply "Hand Drills, Foot Care" products, specifically Medicool brand or equal, for delivery to VA medical centers nationwide. The contract will be a single-award, requirements contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The performance of the contract options is contingent upon successful annual performance reviews and continued need.
