This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify small businesses capable of providing nationwide rideshare transportation services for Veterans in VHA Homeless Programs. The required services include coordinating rides for essential activities, performing cost comparisons, and providing 24/7 support across all U.S. states and territories. The government is using this input to further define the requirement and explore the viability of using existing contract vehicles.
