The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC), Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for organizational NCMA memberships supporting the VA 1102 workforce. The contract will include one base period from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, Option Year 1 from October 1, 2027 through September 30, 2028, and Option Year 2 from October 1, 2028 through September 30, 2029. NCMA is the sole owner and administrator of its official organizational membership program, accounts, and proprietary benefits, and no resellers or alternative vendors are authorized to provide the required memberships. Market research confirmed that while alternative sources may offer related training, only NCMA can provide the specific memberships and associated benefits at the required scale.
