There are some questions that will be answered via a subsequent amendment on Monday, August 26, including a clarification regarding the applicability of SCA/WD requirements. The RFP is considered to be in final form now. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR 15 and FAR 12 for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Medical Disability Examination Office (MDEO). This RFP is to recompete the multiple award IDIQ contract for Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) in Regions 1-4. Please see the attached documents for additional information.
