The addendum must state which section it replaces, for example - "This addendum to Attachment M is for Past Performance Number 3" etc. Offerors shall clearly mark attachments as being apart of Attachment M. Please note that all sections of Attachment M are still required. Use the procedure above if affected. Overview: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 813920 and Product Service Code (PSC) R499. The government will utilize the FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for this procurement. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, allowing for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Scope: The Contractor shall provide external expertise and conduct a peer review of selected episodes of care. The Contractor shall use the provided platform (Electronic Health Record) for the review of medical records and report templates. Under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), the Contractor shall perform the following: • Peer Review for Quality Management o Audits o Facility Request Reviews • Management Review o Management Review o Clinical Appeals • Medical Advisory Opinions • Executive Summaries • Reports • Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) Studies Performance Period: The BPAs will be established for a period of performance of five years.
