COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESS CONCERNS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10X24Q0395. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06, effective August 29, 2024, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being conducted as a tiered evaluation: The tiers are defined as follows (See Evaluation Section for details): Tier 1 - Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns Tier 2 - Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Concerns Tier 3 - Small Business Concerns Tier 4 - Large Business Concerns The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair Maintenance, and the business size standard is $34.0 million. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following services: See Attachment A Performance Work Statement See Attachment B Questionnaire Template See Attachment C Price Cost Schedule See Attachment D Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract and will include the appropriate clauses for the tier awarded. The anticipated Period of Performance will be a one-twelve-month base period from September 30, 2024, through September 29, 2025, with two-12-month option periods.
