The Department of Veterans Affairs, Business Integration and Outcomes Services (BIOS) is in need of two 4-day virtual instructor-led courses to strengthen their High-Performing Business Relationship Management (BRM) personnel with advanced management skills, become more secure and empowered in their roles, and be educated in building relationships with key stakeholders. Each of the two courses will host a maximum of 25 attendees and will provide BRM senior-level team building to help the relatively newly formed executive team work together more effectively, improve communications, and discuss solutions to improve team processes and functioning.
