This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332992, Small Arms Ammunition Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,300 Employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Only responses from SDVOSBs will be considered. All SDVOSBs must be verified in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov to receive an award.
