The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT) requires conference support, hotel space, audio visual (AV) support, and other miscellaneous services to assist in the successful facilitation and execution of the Waycon Training event. The following is a turn-key requirement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide support services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. CONTRACT TYPE This will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. PLACE AND PERIOD-OF-PERFORMANCE (POP) Place-of-Performance: Shall be in one of the following locations: Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC; or Boston, MA; or Charleston, SC. The preferred location of conference/hotel facility is Charlotte, NC. Period-of-Performance: Monday, August 5, 2024, through Friday, August 9, 2024.
