Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source, single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Centeva, LLC, a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB),155 Church Street, Suite 210, Logan, UT 84321 for Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) and Integrated Financial Management System (iFAMS) Enterprise Training. This work will support the Contract Professionals School (CPS) within the VA Acquisition Academy (VAAA) with enterprise training in both eCMS (legacy contract writing system) and iFAMS (future contract writing system). In addition, CPS requires training on the eCMS and iFAMS interface for contracts awarded in eCMS prior to financial migration to iFAMS. This proposed BPA is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 entitled, Authorized or required by statute - Sole source awards under the WOSB Program 15 U.S.C. 637(m) (see FAR 19.1506). This is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond to the point of contact listed in this notice no later than 10:00 AM ET on May 28, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
