The VHA Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) provides educational services and instruments to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). One of the services ILEAD provides is training courses in the most effective, efficient means possible. As such, ILEAD has a requirement to provide leadership courses to VHA staff in VISNs and Medical Centers (MCs) to avoid having them purchase each course and its necessary materials separately. To ensure this requirement is met, ILEAD has determined a central platform for leadership and personal development-based training courses is needed.
