The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a non-competitive, firm-fixed price purchase order (sole-source) with INFORMA Exhibitions U.S. Construction & Real Estate, INC, 222 Las Colinas BLVD W STE 450E Irving, TX 753039 to procure Conference Space and Turn-Key Services at the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition (HIMSS2024). The HIMSS Conference will be held from March 10, 2024 (as a set up day) through March 15, 2024 (as a break down/clear out day) at the Orange County Florida Convention Center located at 9800 International Drive Orlando, FL 32819. This proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with on one source under the authority of only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond to the point of contact listed in this notice with a capability statement no later than 10:00AM EDT on February 26, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
