Added footnote 1 to PWS section B.1 - B.4 which states: The total number of spaces may fluctuate throughout the life of the contract. Therefore, any changes to the numbers of spaces provided shall be considered within the scope of the contract. Modified the descriptions of all CLIN s on the Price Sheet to correlate with the requirements in the PWS.
