SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick (SAC-F), 5202 Presidents Court, Suite 103, Frederick, MD 21703, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources capable of providing Program Integration Directorate (PID) Fundamental Service Support. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The services include a full range of program and project services to support VA s Enterprise Supply Chain and VA Logistics Redesign Program Management Office (VALOR) Program, critical to the success of both the Directorate, the VALOR Program Office, and the overall Enterprise Supply Chain effort. The Contractor shall provide support to assist the Government in implementing strategic and cohesive program management processes for the projects within the VALOR PMO. Activities include monitoring of project metrics, rigorous risk management, and prompt reporting on Government-approved cost, schedule, performance, and risk baselines. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience, and knowledge in the provision of the services outlined in the attached draft PWS. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their capability to provide these services, including but not limited to the following: Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541611 and the small business size standard is $24.5 million. Based on this information, please indicate whether your company would be a Large or Small Business, and whether company is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business and registered in U.S. Small Business Administration s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). Provide a summary of your firm s ability to provide the services described in this announcement, personnel, and experience in performing services of similar scope and complexity. Include specific contract information as appropriate.
