This is NOT a solicitation announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to request responses from qualified Contractors interested and capable of performing Customer Experience (CX) North America, Conference. This event will bring immersive experiences that provide invaluable insights and actionable advice to drive better results. The event will help federal employees improve their strategy, hone their skills, and expand their community. Start date of June 13, 2023, and a completion date of June 15, 2023. Key topics includes: Customer Analytics Consumer Insights Brand Marketing Organization Structure and Practices Emerging Technology Employee Experience Customer Experiences and Strategy Measurement Leadership Diversity & Inclusion The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, Small Business Size Standard $15.0 M. This request for information/sources sought notice is part of market research and will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Response to this RFI/SS must include responses to the following questions: Are you registered in SAM? Are you able to meet all requirement? Responses must also include: Company Name, address, website, and SAM Unique ID number. Point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) that best fits the requirement. If applicable, GSA contract number, schedule, and SIN category. Active or previously awarded similar contracts details to include contract number, location, services included, length of service, and awarded amount. Notice to Potential Offerors: All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM located on the web at www.sam.gov).
