VA Law Enforcement Training Center (VA-LETC) Indoor Firing Ranges Clean-up and Hazardous Waste Removal The requirement is for a contractor to provide services to clean and mine the two full-time operational indoor firing ranges, dispose of hazardous lead waste generated from this service, rubber replacement, and provide out of cycle maintenance as needed.
