The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to accomplish ISO 9001 auditing and registration processes related to Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audit to include: required follow up of minor and major findings and post-certification surveillance audits. Documentation will be reviewed per the ISO 9001 standard, and the Contractor will not require VA computer access. The Contractor shall be the Certifying Body (CB) and Registrar and, is required to conduct certification and surveillance audit actions under the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
