The Department of Veterans Affairs, the largest provider of treatment and assistance to homeless Veterans in the nation, is committed to rapidly expanding programs to help Veterans who are homeless now and to prevent Veterans from becoming homeless in the future. Homelessness, a significant national problem, has many causes. The attached RFI is in regards to services required which will assist VA in developing and implementing strategic interventions that will end Veteran homelessness. In addition, the services will make homeless Veterans, at-risk Veterans, and people who are likely to encounter Veterans who lack stable housing aware of VA’s: homeless prevention programs rapid rehousing programs transitional housing programs justice outreach programs case management supportive employment programs and other resources Please see attached RFI 36C10X23Q0061
