The telematics should consist of... *Request for Information (RFI) ONLY* The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase Vehicle and Trailers telematics for Readjustment and Counseling Service. The telematics should consist of tracking software that provides the following vehicle location, movement, vehicle Performance, Alerts, Vehicle Diagnostics, Vehicle Service, Roadside Assistance Recall, Support Overview, Training center, Installation Support, resource Library, Contact Support, Administration Overview, Dashboard to select the function or reporting needed and Dashboards. The contractor shall provide and install estimated (557) Vehicle Telematics Transponders, (283) Trailer Asset Tracker, (226) Vehicle Cameras. Furthermore, the contractor shall provide monthly fleet connectivity and training for all telematics, asset trackers, and cameras. The period of performance for this procurement will be 12 months from date of contract award. This RFI is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this RFI. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. This is not a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation, and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
