Through Forrester’s proprietary research, consulting, and events, leaders from around the globe are empowered to be bold at work- to navigate change and put their customers at the center of their leadership, strategy, and operations. Forrester’s unique insights are grounded in annual surveys of more than 700,000 consumers, business leaders, and technology leaders worldwide; rigorous and objective research methodologies, including Forrester Wave™ evaluations; 100 million real-time feedback votes; and the shared wisdom of their clients. Forrester currently offers the required training. If another company were to conduct a similar class, it would require extensive time to develop a curriculum. This would not be cost effective or provide the Government with best value. The total estimated value of the proposed action is $17, 465.00. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source.
