The mission of the VA, OIT, at the QITC is to provide benefits and services to Veterans of the United States. In meeting these goals, QITC strives to provide high quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to those responsible for providing care to Veterans throughout the United States, in an effective, timely, and compassionate manner. VA depends on Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to further meet mission goals. The QITC processes data that is considered a lifeline to Veterans and constant availability of that data is crucial. The QITC facilities department is responsible for ensuring the facility provides a safe and secure workplace for its employees, 24 hours a day and seven days a week (24/7). To accomplish the mission and goals of the VA, OIT, in ensuring a safe and secure workplace, QITC requires 24/7 support, maintenance, and repair services for the Aiphone System.
